boyfriend problems

I don't want to be paranoid or anything, But my boyfriend it seems like he's constantly hiding his phone away from me. He gets like missed facetimes calls and what's app but won't even open them in front of me. It's like he's distanced from me. He tells my mum more than he tells me anything. He says he's got a low sperm count and a new job and that's the first I've heard about it. And but he was on about selling his flat and I think moving in.
