How much chocolate?

My husband has let his son (my stepson) have a piece of chocolate after every meal for the last few weeks. I've gone round and round with him. It makes him so hipper I can't stand to be around it.

He gives him a candy.

Child eats it.

Then spends the next 3 hours jumping on furniture and tormenting dogs.

Husband spends the next 3 hours putting him in "time out" ever 20 or so minutes.

I feel Like an ass because I'm hiding out upstairs up I can't stand the constant yelling and screaming from the both of them.
