nursing to sleep and sleep deprived
Hey y'll
I am a first time
mom and my lo is 4 n half months old .. its been a habit that i nurse him to sleep evryday.. and he wakes up 3 to 4 times in th nyt fr my boob and as soon i dream feed he goes back to sleep ..
But i am exhausted all th time and sleep deprived and i need help
I want my baby to able to soothe himself back to sleep .. i donno how to do tht .. so i gave pacifier layingg beside him wen it is bedtime .. he fussed alot with the pacifier in his mouth but eventually fell asleep .but again he got up after 3 hrs .i donno what to do I am tired all the time 😫
