boobs

I hate my boobs I have no under boob and they aren't the perkiest and I heard wearing a bra all the time causes them to lose their natural shape and it could slow them down growing. So could not wearing a bra all the time help my problem?? Or is the damage already done?? And I'm still young (17 year old) it's just everyone I know has bigger boobs that me and everyone in my family already had big boobs at my age and I can't help to think maybe I'm just late bloomer.
