Signs he is going to propose?

Hi ladies! So my boyfriend is getting a hefty $15,000 next month between selling his old car and a real estate commission check, we have been together for a year so I'm  curious to see if he uses any of that money to propose around valentines day! What signs should I look out for?? :)
Edit: yes we have only been dating for a year but we have been best friends for 4 years now so we do know each other very well :) thank you for the concerns though!

Let him surprise you! Plus you can avoid the disappointment in case he doesn't propose. This is a fairly new relationship. I hope he does propose and it seems you really want it. ❤

My husband and I got engaged after 13 months of dating. We knew after just a few months that we would spend the rest of our lives together. Every relationship is different. Don't get your hopes up because you're setting yourself up for disappointment. When it's suppose to happen it will and surprises are so much better. Good luck to you and your man! 😊

Don't listen to all the people telling you a year is too soon!!! My husband and I worked together in 2010 and stayed friend since. We just started dating a couple years ago and he proposed after 7 months and I said yes. We will be married almost a whole year in April. He's the best ever. Caring, loving, makes me so happy, he's hilarious, and we have so much in common. My bf before him was an asshole and we dated for 7 years. He never once wanted to commit.

Just don't worry about it and if it happens it happens. But don't be with someone for years and years and not get anywhere. You want to be married so be with someone who wants the same values.
