NT 3.0mm high risk :(

So I had my first trimester screen done and based on my Nuchal translucency and higher hormone level I am a 1:45 risk for Down syndrome. I just had some more specific bloodwork done to be able to actually tell for sure what's happening with baby, but the results won't be back for a week. Im now almost 13 weeks. I'm so worried. My doctor also said that a higher NT can be a sign of cardiac abnormalities, but that we can't get a better idea of until closer to 18 weeks. Anyone else there in or been in a similar situation who can provide some reassurance??
