Non GMO formula 🍼?

Is getting non GMO formula worth the extra $? 
Me and my man had an argument about this today. I always try and get non GMO but I don't really know if it truly matters?

I always get non gmo everything I possibly can. The less processed and interacted by unnatural means the better for me! It is a personal decision, but if it were up to me it wouldn't even be a question. 😊 also hormones, antibiotics, etc... I started TTC in November 2015. I had a miscarriage in April and am now 4 weeks pregnant. I switched to as much non gmo as I could (at least two meals a day) and I conceived that month! I also like the ethical side of non gmo/ organic. Talking about meat here too lol

Everything we eat at some point was modified. Every fruit every vegetable is not it's wild original version. It wasn't done with the precision and science we have today but has been modified. That being said there's nothing wrong with it. Same with meat that has been treated with antibiotics and hormones. When we're sick we take medication to get better why shouldn't we treat our animals when they're in the same situation? Every drug has a withdrawal date and they're never put into human consumption during that time. The amount of hormones that's present in a lb of meat is thousands time less than you produce in a day or eat in a cabbage or other vegetable. And when you consume it all the minimal traces of hormones are digested by your gastric juices. Hope this helps.
