need some reassurance
Please ttm I'm a first time mom and just wondering I'm literally crying cuz my ultrasound is tm and the first visit I had the doctor couldn't find the hb at 12 weeks which made me freak out even though he said it was ok just so nervous about tm and hope I see my baby on the ultrasound from the way things sound do any of you think something is wrong I mean I do have abdominal pain but no bleeding
