AMH levels help please

I'm on month 6 of TTC #1 I'm 36 and closer to 37. My OB ran bloodwork last week. My hormone level was fine. They tested my AMH level, ovarian reserve I believe. The nurse called me back with the results today and mine are way low. Normal is 0.42-8.34, I'm at. 0.279. Of course my doc is out until Wednesday so I didn't get much of an explanation. Does anyone know what this means? Is it not possible for me?
