inner thigh numbness ??

I e been having severe pain on the pubic bone for the last few days and in bed when I try to left up my leg sometimes it feels like I'm having a Charlie horse in my lady area ! Now today I started having numbness on my right leg starting at the inner thigh and it's slowly working it's way down my leg.
Anyone else have the issue ??

Hmmm might be a pinched nerve?? If it comes and goes it could be the way baby is sitting in there putting pressure on nerves towards your spine
