Milk let-down feeling
I get this "pins and needles" feeling on my breasts / nipples sometimes. It's weird and happens randomly when I'm not even feeding or pumping. I've read that that feeling is the let-down, but that doesn't make sense to me. Is it my body telling me that I should pump soon (I bottlefeed expressed milk)?
