The absolute best is the medela symphony. The Pisa made me feel like my nipples were being ripped off. You have to rent the symphony but it was so worth it for me (I pumped for 14 mos)

I'll be buying the spectra s2 for this baby. I had the medela Pisa with my first. No real complaints but I've heard great things about the spectra.
