Question.... regarding cycle days??

So Friday was 12 dpo. I woke up with what I thought was early af. Only it only lasted a couple hours. So I figured today af was actually due I've had a bit of cramping but nothing to bad. Woke up this morning feeling wet (sorry tmi) but nothing but a lot of cm. Everything I look at for spotting at 12 dpo says possible late implantation and bleeding. Should I just count Friday as cycle day 1 or wait and test this Friday as the hcg calculator says if it was implantation I wouldn't even show till Friday on a hpt.??? Thoughts.
