diaper rash remedies?

My son has really Bad diaper rash. Every time he poops he scream and cries in pain. What are good remedies because cream?

I heard corn starch can help. I've never tried it myself. I recently tried this one because it had really good reviews and it works really good on my son. After a few hours the rash is gone!

Sorry for the full butt pic!! I've been doing baking soda and epsom salt baths every night. Did destin for one day, A&d for a day in half, and start honest healing balm last night. The honest seems to be helping I'm just worried about the raw parts (where it's really red) anything more I should be trying?!

Aquaphor is amazing . you don't have to get the baby kind. My daughter's legs and butt and top of her belly where the dialer sits gets red and irriated. The aquaphor takes it right away

Burn some flour on the stove and let it cool off then put some on his bottom. The rash will go away in about a day and a half

One tablespoon white vinegar to one cup of water. Wipe baby's bottom with solution. Let air-dry. Lightly sprinkle baby's diaper rash with cornstarch.

If you end up using a store-bought paste or prescribed paste put petroleum jelly on diaper first. So the paste doesn't just absorb into the diaper.

Side note... With my first I tried different diaper brands, cheaper diapers gave me lots of issues. I will always use Pampers, because I've never had issues with their brand.
