Hemorrhoids

I gone through almost an entire tube of hydrocortisone cream and a jar of tucks. Freezing the tucks or using straight from the jar. Some days so painful I've been using the Dermoplast pain relieving spray. The last couple of days they have been so bad that I can't stand straight, sit on my butt, or sleep. Any recommendations??

Update: I went to doctor today and got them lanced. Now it's the pain of healing and draining. I don't have a tub as I live in an old country house with a stand up shower only so I have been using hot compresses just soaking my butt. I am going to have my husband pick up some coconut oil tonight to see if that helps with what is left. Apparently the ones that got lanced were extremely huge and 5 huge blood clots came out. This sucks!!
