Remedies? 20 weeks and can't shake this migraine.

Tylenol, lots of water and warm pack on back of neck.

I sleep with an ice pack now. I figured out if I put it at the base of my head where my neck starts for 10 minutes I can get through it. Really bad ones I add a Tylenol and glass of water.
