BV? help?!!

So I went to the OBGYN a month ago to have my iud looked at it was in place it was but I was also told I have cyst on my ovary and then they did a Pap smear cause she said my cervix looked irritated a week later they called me and said I had BV and they presbcribed me with to antibiotics to take so I did but I think my BV is back my vagina burns not when I pee though it just burns my vagina? Tips?! Thanks
