what is this on my baby?

She does have baby acne, but this is in her hair, behind her ears and on her chest! What do you guys think? Pediatrician appointment tomorrow?

It's baby acne. My baby has the exact same thing in same places. I was worried it was an allergic reaction too. Took her to pediatrician and was told it was normal baby acne and it will go away on its own

I agree it looks like a rash. Was whe cuddling with someone who doesn't use free and clear detergent? My son got a rash sleeping on his grandma because of that.
