Really??? Someone explain

So If you have sex everyday since the day after your period that will make my chances lower?? My boyfriend and I do it everyday! Not just because of Ttc because we do! AF is due on feb 3rd! I mean I guess my question is do we have to stop sex everyday in order to Ttc?? Because I never heard that someone explain!

The only reason you should limit it to every other day is if you suspect or there is a diagnosed issue with the sperm. Every other day is plenty sufficient though. You're probably fine having sex every day.

People say to do it every other day bc everyday severely diminishes sperm count and mobility.

My dr told be every other day to every 3rd day. Days 10-24 of your cycle. I think it has something to do with lowering his sperm count. But I'm not 100% sure.
