Only If it poop or overfull besides that I let him sleep.. No need in waking a sleeping baby unless it's really necessary

As long as my son is super soaked in pee I leave him be til he wakes up if he's super soaked then I will change him he sleeps through it

At night I only change if he poops but it seems like he's gotten to a poop schedule where he poops between the hours of 10am-1pm the last 2 weeks so most nights I don't change. If he's fussy at night I'll change his wet diaper. Baby hasn't had any issues with diaper rashes.

I never wake him up. If I know he pooped I will but he sleeps in his own room so I usually don't know.

I change his nappy, once he wakes up. And before he has a nap. And if he's awake for long periods of a time, I change him once his nappy feels full :)

I wouldn't wake them just to change their diaper if they weren't hungry or crying. 
They'll wake up if they want their diaper changed. I would only do that if I knew for a fact it was poopy or if it was completely pee soaked.
