Baby Weight!
I had my 6 week appointment today and I brought baby along to see if I could just plop him on the scale out of curiosity, this chub is up to 9 lbs 12 oz!He's gained a whole pound in less than two weeks. 
We're still using the nipple shield, we have been since day 5, he latches occasionally, but not reliably. I was so worried about it because everyone says it can lower milk transfer to baby and even lower supply, and the peds/docs/midwives were SO concerned about getting him off of it😩 but this little guy is getting everything he needs and mama has enough to pump about 4 oz extra each day.
Just wanted to share that anyone loving the nipple shield but feeling worried/guilty, it is totally possible for everything to keep working perfectly 😍
