So last week I got off of my birth control pill. January 10 I took the last brown pill in the pack(iron pill). I started working out two days ago. Today I jogged 3 and a half miles and afterwords I went to the bathroom. I saw there was some clear discharge or sweat? With some blood. Is this normal for after exercising or going off birth control pill?
