What do you see?? :/

U/s tech took forever and had to ask another tech to find gender...they ultimately decided it was a girl because they "didn't see any boy parts". Baby had its legs closed so tightly with the umbilical between them that I don't see how they were able to determine it was a girl just because what they COULD see didn't have anything sticking out. Any insight would be appreciated.
