I know most people will say "it's not weird, why would that be an issue?" Right!? That's what I thought too. My son is 2.5 and I considered it actually. But cost wise I've decided to go with soccer or gymnastics this summer. Anyway, I was told that it would be slightly inappropriate to put him in dance class because he would likely be the only boy and he would stand out and be embarrassed (they clearly don't know my son..I don't think he knows how to be embarrassed 😆) they said that he might feel like he's being forced to be something that he's not (whatever that means??). Anyway would you put your son in dance class? I always figured activities were open to any genders..never thought much about it.
