Ok, so somebody asked a couple of days ago on one of the forums " what day do you count as dpo 1?". I noticed several responses were "the day after you get a +opk is dpo 1". That being said, glow and my other app counts it as the 2nd day. So what day do you guys count dpo 1? The day following a + opk or day 2 following a +opk
