contractions or cramps

I'm getting pains that last about 10 seconds to 15 seconds but they're not regular. They're sometimes in my back and sometimes in my back and my groin. I'm 33 weeks today and I see my doctor on Friday. Are these Braxton hicks, cramps or actual contractions. My stomach feels hard but isn't going soft after the pain stops. Baby is moving a lot and the movements aren't little they're more like her moving around everywhere. I don't feel pressure and I don't think she's dropped yet. I'm sorry if this is hard to understand I'm just trying to understand what these are. Also on a scale from 1-10 the pain is about a 5
