2 week wait advice please!! Or any advice would be helpful

My hubby and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year now. we are trying as natural as possible. I've been having some Brown spotting / discharge so I went to the doctor today they didn't in office pregnancy test it came back negative the Pap test came back fine have to go back in in 2 weeks to see if this is implantation and to take another pregnancy test any advice at all would be helpful but please do not be rude thank you
