I'm confused!

I done hpt 2 come back with faint positives I then took another it was negative. Yesturday I started bleeding just a little it was fresh red then when I went to toilet last night there was a big clot at bottom almost bigger than a 50p coin. Have I had a early miscarriage? I'm heartbroken one min I thought I was pregnant and now I don't no what to think please help!
