Evap line?

Can you get an evap line within the time frame on the test instructions? I see a line but I'm not sure..this picture was in the time frame could it be an evap line or could this finally be a positive? Please help

It wouldn't look normal if it was evap it would be off centre and not all in proper colour that test looks positive
