My neck looks like a plucked chicken? It's always looked like that since I can remember and I remember seeing a meme a few years ago saying "If your neck looks like this don't talk to me" and my neck and throats looked like that lol. I wash and scrub it thinking it was dirty or something but it never changes. Does anyone know why or have one similar?
