Tbh You would have to drink it every day for a while to see benefits bc it works on a cellular level and it just takes some time.  I have been taking maca but have been told not to take it close to ovulation bc it can speed up af

I drank it from cd 1 until my fertile week. This is my first time doing it. AF due in 5 days.

I drink it during af to help relieve cramps and shorten it. It helps. Been drinking it for about four months now, down from 10-12 day super heavy periods to 8-9 days.

I'm very interested in trying it as well; however you have to be careful bc even though it is great for the third trimester, it isn't recommended for early pregnancy. I probably wouldn't try it until you knew for sure you weren't pregnant. When in doubt ask your doctor.

I did drink it & my boy came on my due date. Also walks lots & had a nice curry. My labour started with contractions & my waters didn't break until he was coming out lol xx
