Stomach bug or morning sickness?

Hey guys, I am 6 weeks and 1 day today. Almost a week ago today my 3 year old daughter woke up throwing up 12 times within an hour and a half. I had to take her to the er because she had gotten dehydrated. Anyways she wa fine before that and the next day she was fine like nothing was wrong. The next day my mom woke up and was so sick. Shaking, nauseous, vowels running off just super sick. I'm thinking she caught my daughters stomach bug but it hit her worse than my daughter. The past 3 days I have been feeling so weird. I have been having morning sickness a couple times a day but it usually only comes when I'm hungry and once I have ate something it goes away. It happens like 3 times at the most. Well the past 3 days I can't hardly seem to get out of bed. I feel so weak, my eyes look like they're dragging, my stomach is just upset feeling nonstop all day. It'll cramp at times towards the upper part of my stomach that's where all the upset feeling is under my rib cage. I get an on and off head ache and I have the feeling like I have to go to the bathroom right then but when I go nothing happens. I get nauseous every now and then but this upset stomach is killing me. No matter how I lay what I eat nothing makes it better. I can't do anything but lay down all day. Could I have caught my daughters bug? I'm not sure what morning sickness is like because when I was pregnant with her I didn't know until I was 5 months. I am so miserable and really hoping this is a virus!
