When do you feel like yourself again? My daughter is 4 months old and I still feel off.
I'm just so down most days. Even if nothing is "wrong"
I'm not suicidal by any means.. but the thought of death is always on my mind. My death, death of the ones I love.
I just want to feel normal again. Normal and happy.
