endo ??? anyone ? 😞😶😨

Finally went to a good dr after almost six months ttc not getting pregnant.. periods normal and hubbys normal. Dr said it could possibly be endometriosis 😞 he is gonna check and do lapro n five months if not preg. but I don't think I have many symptoms of it? I'm 25 if that helps ... can anyone tell me what your symptoms are ?
