white dots in nipples?

For awhile I've had these white dots randomly appear in my nipple. I have no idea what it is can someone help?

I’ve had them for years, it’s super annoying lol. I’m 19. I try and squeeze the pus or whatever’s in there but I never can get it all out lol

They're glands that secrete oil to lubricate a baby's mouth. They're called Montgomery tubricals. Every woman eventually gets them.
