help! infected nose piercing??

I got my nose done about two weeks ago and I didn't clean it for a few days and now it looks bad and it's really sore

Well clean it and don't stop cleaning it everyday until it's healed.

Personally I used peroxide twice a day when mine got infected until I was perfectly healed and not tender anymore. People say don't use peroxide but I never once had a problem

Updaye: it's not as sore anymore but there is still a bump and as I was cleaning it began to bleed and it almost looks bruised

Salt water soaks 2 times per day and clean it with an antibacterial soap. do not use any lotions, Foundation,  makeup on the area or surrounding it when you have a facial piercing!  If you were using those products the odds are where you caught the infection was improper cleaning and the use of makeup when it's first pierced. 
You should be fine after 1-4 weeks if you clean it correctly.
