How long did you wait to announce pregnancy to people other than immediate family?

My husband and I have shared our news with immediate family and some friends (at 16 weeks) and work as it became more obvious (20 weeks). We are now deciding when/how to announce to our larger friend groups/social media. Wondering how long people waited, and if you waited a while was it weird?

First time i told my parents and family at 19 weeks..... second time was around 10 weeks or so

First pregnancy I was around 12 weeks. With this pregnancy I was 5 weeks.

I didnt. Didn't see the point. If I were to lose the pregnancy it would have happened if I told or not. We decided we would rather have as much support as possible if something happened.

So i was just under 4 week when we told everyone.

I announced right around 20 weeks when we found out what we were having. I mostly did it just to avoid awkward run ins where people didn't know if I was pregnant so I didn't have to tell people face to face it was just out there
