Does anyone get cramps when not on their period?

Recently, since around October. I've been getting cramps and sharp pains in my sides. I also experience some pain during sex sometimes. Like a burning feeling or crampy feeling. Is this normal?

I used to get sharp pain in my lower right side during sex and sometimes randomly at night and I found out it was like blue balls that my ovaries were bugging cause I needed an orgasm haha

I get them during my fertile window(mild) and get them during my period(average)

From time to time I'll feel a twinge, but usually if I do it will be the week leading up to my period, I'll have light cramps and sore breast, and I know it's on it's way soon. Blah.
