What helped you ladies overcome ppd? Currently 8 weeks pp & it's hitting me hard 😢 any tips? Did birth control help?

I only had a little of the baby blues, mostly what helped me was getting out of the house. Also hanging out with my friends some of whom also recently had kids.

Talk to your doctor, who will put you on medicstion. This isn't something that can just be resolved with a hot bath and candles. You need to go to your doctor.
