HAS A SWEEP WORKED FOR YOU?

Im very interested to know if a stretch and sweep has helped many of you go into labor? If so how long after..

Yesterday at 38 w 3 days got a sweep at 10:00 water broke at 11:20 that night currently in labor at 8cm! :) happened so fast out of no where

Hard to know! I had one Saturday and my "early labour" started Sunday (didn't FEEL like early labour). ...but I didn't give birth until Tuesday!

I'm 39+5 weeks, got my first strip today and hoping baby will come tonight. Having lost of cramping.... going for a walk right now in hope that it'll help.

I just had one done, she said my cervix is still high I'm 38w3d having some small cramping sitting on my ball at present. It is also 38c outside thinking of going for a walk. She also said that she would be surprised if that work, even I have lost my mucus plug Monday afternoon and my milk is here. Why is she (addie) being so stubborn?

Didn't work for me at 38+3, hoping it might tmrw at 39+5
