tightening in lower tummy??

So AF is due tomorrow and I have this dull cramping feeling in my lower abdomen, like a tightening feeling which I don't specifically remember having any other time before af. I may have just not noticed it before because this cycles 2WW is KILLING me because I really feel like this is my month! So I just want to know if anyone gets this tightening feeling before AF? Or if it was a sign of your BFP? Thank you in advance 😁
