29+2 contractions

29 weeks pregnant with twins & was having back and lower stomach pains  for 2 days & they were tolerable till last night around 10 or 11 pm I called my doctor and he told me to go in right away just to make sure , got here and they put me on monitors for the babies & contractions turns out , I'm 1 cm open & my contractions are really close together . I'm praying the medication they give me helps me from going into preterm labor .
