normal to ovulate same day every month?

I was looking back at glow and noticed on cycle day 16 for the past 3 months I get positive opks ? Is this Normal? I want to not spend money on opks this month and just have sex every other day but should I aim it for having sex on cycle day 16 instead of just going by every other day and not Bd on that day ? Thanks for any help !
