It's not recommended but I was in the same boat so I did it and I swear it worked.

Take primrose evening oil twice a day and at night right before bed pop a hole in two with a needle and shove them up your vagine the pill will disolve over night and it will soften your cervix.

Second with CLEAN HANDS (wash very well twice and scrub fingernails) reach up in there and try to feel your cervix if you can get at it stick a finger in and GENTLY wiggle and swirl around

I did this then night I went into labor and I swear it worked about three hours later my mucus plug came out the rest of the way and there was small amounts of blood

(I called my dr and he said it's normal but I would call yours anyway if this happens)

That night when I went to bed I woke up with contractions and went to the hospital and two hours later my water broke

Squats squats squats!!!! Just get nice and low

Jumping jacks

Bouncing on a ball

Go sprint for a could minutes (safely)

Go up and down your stairs for a few minutes

And last ...

Dance your ass off just jump wiggle jiggle and shake what your mama gave ya

I did all these the last couple nights before having my son and I think it worked
