On February 7th it will be 3 years from when I was sexually assaulted. After my sexual assault I just wanted to die but I got through it alone. I told my principal at school so he could keep the guy away from me but I was told I didn't have a strong enough no so it was my fault. Everything was hard to do after that but if there is anyone else experiencing that, I promise it works out. It might take a while but it will all work. I started trauma yoga classes and those were the biggest help and now I'm farther then I ever thought I would be. I was sexually assaulted by a guy who said he loved me and I was dating him. Im posting this as a PSA to all girls in a relationship, please pay attention to what your SO is doing and don't make excuses for them. If they're hurting you then end it, don't blame yourself.
