Breast milk in baby's bath?

I have some breast milk I stored away. How often can you use it in babies bath? What are the benefits? Please let me know your opinion on it.

It's good for them. I've heard it recommended once or twice a week for them. Especially good for skin things...eczema, rash, baby acne, cradle cap... there's definitely no reason not to do it :)

I heard it helps their skin but nothing specifically.. I don't think you can overdose on milk baths :)
