someone give me hope 😭

Okay so I had my 39 week checkup today and I went with the assumption that I would be dilated (2cm) enough to be swept. I was looking forward to it all week and totally got my hopes up (I know that's my fault) but my doctor said I wasn't dilated enough so I couldn't be swept. I am getting so impatient and now feel like I'm not even close to labour like I thought I was. I'm so scared I'll have to be induced on feb 1st. Does anyone have any advice or success stories similar to this situation? I just need to be pulled out of this pity party slump. Lol. Please no bashing. I am just way too excited for this girl to come.
