is over working bad while pregnant?

Started a new job after almost 2 'months not working.,,, working for a new retail/sales general store that's gonna open and we're literally unloading trucks and stocking I'm on my feet about 8-9hrs and constantly bending over what should I do. I'm scheduled to work I believe almost 10days straight any advice currently 4months
