working while pregnant ?

Started a new job after almost 2 'months not working.,,, working for a new retail/sales general store that's gonna open and we're literally unloading trucks and stocking I'm on my feet about 8-9hrs and constantly bending over what should I do. I'm scheduled to work I believe almost 10days straight any advice currently 4months

I am a nurse working 12+ hours I'd let your co workers know .. compression stockings and supportive shoes are a must!! Lots of healthy snacks to keep your energy up

I did similar work until I couldn't work anymore. Wear comfortable shoes,get a belly band, drink lots of water, and this last one is easier said than done, but don't overdo it.

Tell your boss that you're pregnant, and hopefully he'll assign you another job.
