Tablespoon baking soda?

I had the worst heartburn where I couldn't eat or drink for almost two days and my aunt fixed me a glass of water not even half full and out a tablespoon of baking soda in it and told me to drink it. It helped but is this safe for my baby cayson.. I'm 28 weeks..help mommies

Baking soda is in cookies and bread too. 😉 Yes, it is safe for your baby, unless your doctor tells you to stay away from sodium. ❤❤❤
